  • Full Coordination: We coordinate every aspect of your itinerary, including surgery, accommodation, transfers, and even tourist events.
  • Logistics: Arranging all airport, hotel, and hospital transfers.
  • Accommodation: Organising your stay in high-quality hotels (e.g., Radisson Hotel in Turkey packages) for the mandatory post-operative period.
  • Travel Liaison: Assisting with flight coordination and advising on optimal arrival and departure dates. We are also partnered with Flight Centre.


3. Medical Facilitation and Expertise

  • Industry Leadership: Leveraging very strong relationships with top plastic surgeons and medical tourism experts across the globe.
  • Treatment Facilitation: Liaising with international surgeons, dentists, and hospital management to confirm suitability, dates, and prices for your procedure.
  • Cost Negotiation: Facilitating and negotiating the best treatment costs for you.
  • Information Provision: Providing key information about the medical travel destination, its hospitals, plastic surgeons, and details about the specific surgery.
  • Quotes: Offering advice and detailed quotes/costs for your chosen surgery.


4. Payment and Finance

  • We offer payment plans through TLC Finance, with whom we have worked since 2007.


5. Safety and Extras

  • Access to Specialised Insurance: Providing access to international cosmetic surgery and medical insurance, as well as COVID insurance. We partner with Medical Travel Shield Australia to offer specialised medical travel policies.
  • Visa Assistance: Offering assistance with the Visa process.
  • Post-Operative Holiday Experience: Arranging a variety of tourist activities, and happy to join you for leisurely activities during your recovery.
